Mini Stick Audio RecorderGet Up To 288 Hrs of Voice Activated Audio
Our smallest audio recorder at a very small priceThe Mini Stick is the tiniest audio recorder that we offer, but whatís great about it is that fact that it also has the best battery life of any of the voice recorders we carry. A built-in rechargeable battery lasts 8 hours, while the extended battery pack thatís included with each unit lasts 72 hours, giving you over 3 days of audio recording with fresh batteries!
You can also use it in conjunction with our earbud microphone to record all your cell phone calls and voicemails.
The Mini Stick features voice activation technology, which saves you the trouble of having to fast forward through long silences. It's great for open room and bodyworn recording, and you can also use this digital recorder with our earbud microphone to record all your cell phone calls. It weighs practically nothing and only has 3 buttons, so itís very simple to use.
The Mini Stick is also very customizable, so you can adjust the volume levels needed to enable sound activation. Whenever it hears sound, it will turn on and make a new file (ex. File 1) and record for the duration of the event. When the sounds stop for 20 seconds, the unit turns off and will turn back on when more sound occurs. It will make a new file the next time sound happens (ex. File 2), which makes it really simple to find the audio you are looking for.
How It Works
Recording & listening is easyThere are only 2 buttons on this recorder: power and record. Just press 'power' to turn it on, and then hit 'record' to start saving the sound. That's it! If it doesn't hear sound, it'll go into voice activation mode and the wakeup when it hears something. There's also a little joystick that lets you change settings and play the file back.
Every Mini Stick comes with a USB cable to connect it to a computer for recharging as well as taking the audio files off the unit so you can keep them on a computer, email them or burn them to a disk. No extra software or installation is needed, and the files open easily with any program you use, such as iTunes, Quicktime, Windows Media Player, and etc. It also has a built-in speaker so you can listen to your audio recordings directly from the unit.
